MARK RASO
Mark Raso is a Writer, Director and Producer. His feature debut COPENHAGEN won multiple awards including the Audience Award at Slamdance. His sophomore film KODACHROME starring Ed Harris, Jason Sudeikis and Elizabeth Olson had its world premiere at TIFF where it was received with critical acclaim and sold to Netflix. Mark directed and co-wrote the sci-fi feature AWAKE (Netflix/eOne), starring Gina Rodriguez, Jennifer Jason Leigh, and Shamier Anderson which debuted as the #1 film worldwide in over 90 countries with over 60 million unique viewers in the films first 28 days. He directed the Howard Waldrop adaptation THE UGLY CHICKENS, produced by George RR Martin.
MAURO MUELLER
An award-winning filmmaker with an MFA in Film from Columbia University in New York. He directed three features A FEW DAYS IN THE SUN, THE JANITOR, and 111. He showrun the Swiss Sitcom OUR LITTLE EMBASSY and is the co-director of all six episodes of the mystery crime thriller WILDER for Swiss television. He was the 2nd Unit director on the Netflix film AWAKE and a Sony Pictures TV Diverse Directors Program fellow. His short film A WORLD FOR RAÚL won a Student Academy Award (Oscar), and DEAR CHICKENS, starring the late Philip Baker Hall, was Oscar-qualified. Producer of Mark Raso’s feature COPENHAGEN and the sci-fi feature COSMIC DAWN among others.
DAVID FIGUEROA GARCÍA
David holds a MFA in film from Columbia University. His series writing credits include FALCO (2018, Amazon), winner of the International Emmy, TIJUANA (2019, Netflix), RUIDO CAPITAL (2020, Movistar Play/HBO Max), DALE GAS (2022, Netflix) and THE HEAD OF JOAQUÍN MURRIETA (2023, Amazon Prime Video). As a director, RATITAS was the best short film at the Brooklyn Festival and the FIC Monterrey; his thesis short film PERFIDIA was presented at the San Sebastián Film Festival, and was the Best Mexican Short Film in Guanajuato. THE JANITOR, his debut feature as co-director, is premiering soon.
MAURICIO LEIVA COCK
Graduate of the MFA in film from Columbia University. He is the co-creator and showrunner of THE HEAD OF JOAQUÍN MURRIETA (Amazon) and RUIDO CAPITAL (HBO Max), which premiered at Berlinale, co-creator of GREEN FRONTIER (Netflix), head writer of the Emmy winning FALCO (Amazon), story editor and writer of WILD DISTRICT (Netflix) and consulting producer and writer of the upcoming, Mark Boal created, LONGBOARD (AppleTV+). His award-winning feature debut THE NIGHT OF THE BEAST has screened in over fifty film festivals worldwide. Mauricio was story consultant in Disney’s Oscar, Bafta and Golden Globe winner ENCANTO.
BJÖRN HERING
Björn Hering is a partner and producer at Fidelio. He is the founder of several media companies in Asia, Europe and the US. He produced since 25 years over 200 TV shows in Switzerland and abroad. His first international show JOYA RUNS earned the Rose d’Or for “best interactive TV Show”. He won the Swiss TV prize for his show HOMERUN he created. Producer of the first Sitcom in 20 years in Switzerland OUR LITTLE EMBASSY and the upcoming feature 111: ECHOES FROM HALIFAX. He co-produced A QUINTET, which had its world premiere at the Sarajevo Film Festival and DEAR CHICKENS with Philipp Baker Hall and Kerris Dorsey.
JUAN DIEGO VILLEGAS
Juan Diego Villegas is a producer and partner at Fidelio. He has produced the RCN TV series COMANDO ÉLITE, and among others, the prestigious features CANDELARIA by Jhonny Hendrix and the J Balvin’s documentary THE BOY FROM MEDELLÍN. Previously, he worked at Ennovva–RCN Cine as Executive Producer and later worked as its rep in Beijing, China. He produced the first Colombian Movistar+ original series CAPITAL ROAR and is an Associate Producer on Mark Boal’s Apple+ television show LONGBOARD/ECHO3.
LAUREN SANTANA
She is the Administrative Head at Fidelio Films. Lauren is a Public Accountant with more than 7 years of experience in the accounting area of audiovisual projects developed with the main companies in the industry. She has participated in the production of national and international projects, in all formats. She offers the best of her experience and knowledge so that Fidelio can fully develop its vision.
LONY WELTER
She is a screenwriter. Studied Art History at the University of Zurich in Switzerland and Scriptwriting at the International School of Film and Television in San Antonio de los Baños, Cuba. Has written various episodes for the series LA MIRADA DE LOS CONDENADOS and THE HEAD OF JOAQUIN MURRIETA. She is a co-writer on the film adaptation of NOCHE SIN FORTUNA. Her feature film project LA LLUVIA, currently in development, won a writing grant from the Film Development Fund (FDC) in Colombia and the Tribeca Latin American Fund.
PHILIPPE WOODTLI
He is a Swiss filmmaker. Philippe made several award winning shorts, among them THE DAY THAT CHANGED MY LIFE about his own paraglider accident, ACROPHOBIA and SOUND OF SILENCE. He further wrote and directed various commercials and corporate films. He has a fascination for card tricks and a flair for manual dexterity, which he professionalized by becoming a security expert in the casino industry. Philippe is part of the development team at Fidelio.
NATALIA GUZMÁN
She is an audiovisual producer, Production coordinator at Fidelio and production director of the creative studio La Sociedad Inventada. Her most recent works include the film Memento Mori, winner of the Film Development Fund (FDC) and the German fund Mitteldeutsche Medienförderung and The Night of the Beast. She was part of the production of the commercial Search Engine for Real Life for Chevy directed by Jake Scott. She also produced the music video for Aterciopelados: Los 90. She coordinated the production of the music video for Maluma & Michelob Ultra: Rumba.
NICOLÁS LEÓN SÁNCHEZ
Professional in film and tv. He is the development coordinator at Fidelio films and the director of the creative studio La Sociedad Inventada. He has been the producer of 6 music videos, has been nominated at the Bogoshorts festival for best national music video. He is the director and writer of the short film BOSQUE OSCURO awarded at different festivals, including the Cinestesia festival, Fantasmagoría festival, among others.
FERNANDO IRIARTE
He is a screenwriter & director. He has a bachelor’s degree in Art History from Universidad de los Andes and a graduate degree in Film from Columbia University. In 2011, he wrote and directed the short film Punto de Fuga. In 2014, he wrote and directed the short film Detrás de la Puerta, which was the cornerstone of his portfolio with which he was accepted to the Master of Fine Arts (MFA) at Columbia University in 2015.
